What do you suggest if I eat fruit shakes, eat oatmeal, eat veggies, but I get bloated, my stomach hurts, can anyone help tell me why?

Bloating and pain. Your diet sounds ok. Important to have chicken/turkey breast and fin fish; salmon, tilapia, tuna for examples. I would suggest removing from your diet one item for a week at a time to attempt to isolate a problematic food. If your bloating is lower abdominal you may have irritable bowel syndrome which can be easily managed by your physician. Other etiology of bloating may require an exam and lab.
