I do not eat vegetables, fruits, or fish. Should I take vitamin supplements?

Yes. You need to look at your diet to see what may be lacking. (vitamin c ?) vitamin d and certain b vitamins might be low as well. Ask a nutritionist or your doctor.
Eat a healthy diet. There should be a very good reason as to why you do not eat what are arguably the best foods for all of us to consume. Processed vitamins can never supplant a good diet and exercise. If you do not eat in a healthy fashion, you run a significant risk if serious vitamin deficiencies, which can not be replaced by vitamin intake.
