How many baby carrots should a teen be eating per day to be healthy?

Think! Carrots are useful in diet but not exclusive to health. Diet should be well rounded. There is no such thing as a "health food". The diet should consist of all of "god made" foods ---green and yellow (carrots) vegetables and fresh fruit and leave all those mand-made foods and drinks alone. Drink pure water. Dull isn't it! but that is how our cellular "engines" were designed.
