In the late 70's Nelson et al showed that more than half of babies with CP symptoms by age 7 had normal pregnancies, labors, deliveries & an uneventful first 3 years.
This was on studies including more than 50,000 births. With this as a background we can say that the method of delivery does not assure an outcome with or without CP.
