I am at the of first trimester of pregnancy. I am feeling too much lower back pain. Could you please recommend what should I do?

Stay Calm. See your doctor to rule out a urine infection. Get an ultrasound done to make sure your pregnancy is going well. Then just rest and sleep in a fetal position.
