In brief: Go to an E.R.

Cramping and large clots could just be menorrhagia, but anytime you have concern of an ectopic pregnancy or acute abdominal tenderness with known pregnancy, this can be life threatening.
Tubal ligation can fail and ectopic pregnancies are always an emergency, especially with active hemorrhage. Seek emergent evaluation for concerns like this.

In brief: MENORRHAGIA

Heavy menstrual flow with cramps and tied tubes can be due to other causes than pregnancy.
It can just be due to severe dysmenorrhea . See gyne for further evaluation pls.
