In brief: Yes

Calcium and vitamin D absorption are especially important for strong healthy teeth.
In adequate intake of either could affect teeth. Nutrition is also important for healthy gums and nerves which support the teeth. A well balanced diet is recommended. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables also help to "brush" the teeth and are low is sugar. High sugar can lead to dental caries.- so diet matters.

In brief: Yes

Calcium and Fluoride affect developing teeth as does general nutrition.
Tetracycline antibiotics, which should not be used in children, can cause discoloration of teeth. "normal" kids in the us should develop their teeth normally.

Diet affects everything! it is the "fuel" for our cellular engines.
You wouldn't put lousy fuel into your car, so why not put the right fuel into your body. Study appropriate diet.
