It may be time to see your ob/gyn doctor sooner than later for further evaluation of this.
S/he can do an examination, and possible ultrasound to let you know what is really causing the problem. You don't want to really be guessing on this, as it may or may not be related to your previous procedure. In any case, it needs to be documented in your records. So that proper follow-up can occur.
