In dec, fell down stairs, landed w. Left arm extended +locked behind/perpendicular to body. Mri says glenohumeral effusion + acromion i. What is this?

Not sure what "acromion i" means but the effusion means some damage or inflammation of the shoulder joint.
The symptoms you are having and the exam are critical. Hopefully this was an orthopedist who ordered the MRI and will do follow up. Needs an orthopedist to see you.

Agree; means u have some increased fluid in your joint ( presumably) from the trauma .A type 1 Acromion means u have a 'flat' or non- hooked point of the shoulder and is not clinically relevant in this case...( Type 2 has a 'curve' and a type 3 is 'hooked').
