In brief: See MD

You need to have it evaluated by a physician.
Could be a cyst, infection or enlarged lymph node.No way to tell without an examination.

In brief: Lipoma

You may have a lipoma.
These are fatty tumors. Most do not require surgery. If it grows or you have concerns then show to doctor. It sounds unrelated to the pain you are having in both arms.
