In brief: Acid reflux

Eating spicy foods before exercise can increase acid reflux.
The acid comes up and causes pain in your stomach or chest. Avoid spicy foods before exercise. Eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water. If you continue to have trouble, see your doctor.
