I have pain and numb in left jaw, head, neck, arm and pressure in chest. This is frequent. But sometimes no pain. Could this still be related to heart?

Yes. Yes it could be very well related to heart. Please consult cardiologist as soon as you can. If the pain is getting frequent or worser in intensity consider going to er. You r too young though but if you have high risk factors this could be very well cardiac related.

You are . In good shape if nothing is wrong with your heart or lungs. The pain could be coming from nerve irritation such as zoster, although 3 weeks is long time.
