Nutrition. Best thing you can do is make sure you get adequate nutrition during pregnancy. I recommend to my patients a whole-foods, plant-based diet. Beyond that, many things occur as hormones flucuate, including low energy levels, but you did not mention why you needed to go on bedrest last time. Check with your obgyn, and consider using someone versed in nutrition as well.
