Seriously unless you can go live on an island with palm trees, diet changes, less caffeine, less foods that bother you, and otc medications like pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) or complete relief, which is peppermint oil are a good start. If no improvement get checked for h pylori which can be as simple as a blood test. This can cause chronic stomach issues. Good luck!
Having to poop after meals and upset stomach. Lots of loose stools plus loss of appetite. Could it be stress? I have been under a lot of stress lately
GI disturbance. There are numerous possibilities here and an evaluation would have to be rather extensive. See a gastroenterologist if necessary. Yes, "stress" may create physical manifestations with the GI tract as a target (called somatization), but before making that assumption you should be sure it is nothing more serious. You might try eating unpasteurized yogurt 2 or 3 times a day. Sometimes helps. Best.
