In brief: Probably upper GI
The most likely thing is pylorospasm spasm of valve between stomach and duodenum, but peptic ulcer disease, pancreatic disease and gallbladder issues are other likely culprits.
Colon issues can a cause if old enough for colonic pathology. Constipation as well. Impossible to say much more without more history. If not constipated, then try either mylanta or prilosec. If not better, see your physicia.
