If someone has rosacea can they get a skin graft to cover it up?

Heavens no! There are lots of treatment options for rosacea, but a skin graft is not one of them.

Available medical treatments include antibacterial washes, topical creams, antibiotic pills, lasers, pulsed-light therapies, photodynamic therapy, and isotretinoin. Skin graft is not a treatment for rosacea.
