In brief: Wash your hands
Avoid being coughed on directly.
Avoid anyone with symptoms of a cold. Wash your hands frequently. Get plenty of rest. Eat nutritious meals. Wear a face mask if you must be near infectious people.

In brief: Vitamin D
Recent mayo clinic studies show vitamin d is probably not a vitamin but a hormone and it is actually the only thing that can prevent a virus.
Not vitamin c, not zinc, not zicam. Blood levels need to be between 50-100(even if your lab says 32is mormal).
