In brief: EXERCISE!!!

You are not going to put on more muscle without muscle-building exercises.
A healthy diet and supplements will help, but unless you do proper exercises you won't build muscle. See http://www.Webmd.Com/fitness-exercise/features/build-muscle-better-health ; http://www.Schwarzenegger.Com/fitness/post/back-to-basics-time-tested-muscle-building-exercises.

In brief: Exercise

You can't bulk up without physically working out.
If you have been going to the gym, the best post work out drink is actually chocolate milk (you can look it up.) be patient, at 18 you're years away from your physical maturity. Eat high protein foods, meat , eggs, etc. And be patient. As for the multivitamins, save your money..If you're eating a balanced diet they're unnecessary. Good luck.
