In brief: Diarrhea

Most cases of acute diarrhea are self-lmited - they resolve without treatment.
Helpful things include a plain, simple 'BRAT' diet - bananas, rice, apples, tea, toast -, increased intake of clear fluids, avoidance of milk and other dairy, temporarily. Sometimes OTC antidiarrheals may be used, but sometimes these are contraindicated. If persists, call your provider!
