Diet if child has emesis and loose stool from flu?

Hydrate! Make sure your child does not become dehydrated. If you are unable to keep anything down your risk for this increases specially if you have diarrhea. Try giving small frequent amounts of fluids, use electrolytes such as pedialyte. If your child continues to have emesis seek medical attention asap.
