In brief: We all need protein-

-but a good diet will B sufficient.
U need about 50 grams a day. Supplements may B needed only if U R on a serious weight lifting or exercise program. Only use on the day U lift/exercise. Always take a day off after U exercise. No supplements needed on a day off. Remember 2 much protein challenges Ur kidneys & can lead 2 renal failure in some who over do it.
