Please can someone tell me how many non-smokers die of cancer each year in the us?

In brief: About 1/3 of all

Cancer deaths in the us are related to smoking.
About 500, 000 people die of cancer each year, which means about 320, 000 or so of those deaths are in non-smokers. However, since smokers are now only 18% of the population, their risk of cancer is twice that of non-smokers in general, and for some cancers (like lung) 85+% of cases are in smokers, and for head/neck cancer 90% are both smokers/drinkers.
