In brief: A variety of problem

The symptoms are non specific but could be sinus inflammation, migraine, tension headaches.
Numbness is not a symptom of sinus infection. Pain in the back of the neck is not a symptom of sinus disease. All these symptoms together could be related to muscle hyperactivity (pain in the back of head and neck.) rule out sinusitis which is a remote possibility and then proceed to a physiatrist.

In brief: Headache

Mostly it is not serious and is termed a muscle contraction headache.
Rarely it is something more serious and it is best to your doc to separate things.
