Can you have low urine hCG levels (lthan 15 or 25) and still be ovulating and having a normal cycle in frequency. Could low hCG cause heavy and long periods? (not above 25 as neg. Urine pregnant tests)

In brief: HCG>1=pregnancy

If your HCG is 25, you are pregnant.
You cannot ovulate when pregnant. You should see your doctor about this. Good luck.

In brief: Hcg means pregnancy

Any persistent level of HCG in your system means that the pregnancy hormone (and a pregnancy) is still in your system. Visit the local OB doctor, and ask him or her to find out why you still have a positive HCG level.
You might have an early ectopic pregnancy or something like this. You will not ovulate if you have any levels of HCG in your system.
