How accurate is a blood pregnancy test 18 days after encounter? Should i take a urine test next week to be absolutely sure?

In brief: Be patient

Wait until a week or so after you miss your period, then check.
The pregnancy tests, both serum and urine are very sensitive and work well, so generally if negative, then they're negative. If you miss a second period in a row, check again, then if negative, get gyn eval for abnormal secondary amenorrhea work up. Good luck.

I do agree that patience is best. If a normal regular menstrual period comes, there's no need to spend money on another pregnancy test.

In brief: No More Tests

You have a physician.
They have already answered this question for you when you got your blood test results. You are not pregnant. A urine test will also be negative and there is no reason to waste money on a test when you already know the outcome. You are not pregnant.
