Any way! Any way is safer than not quitting. It's safest to avoid alternative nicotine sources, but if you can't do it w/out their help - use one your obgyn recommends. There are breathing patterns that help. The inhale-hold-full lip exhale is a very healthy breath pattern (lowers bp, etc.) do it often (but without the cigarette) it helps fulfill some of the craving and urge. Congratulations and good luck!
