No insurance, for the last 6 months I have had bloody scab / boogers in my nose, everyday. Could this be blood pressure, dry air, drinking? Thanks.

In brief: Could be all those

Get some Bacitracin ointment over the counter and 3 times a day, with a clean finger, schmeer it inside both nostrils.
Do that for 2 weeks. Do not pick your nose, do not use saline (it wets but has no therapeutic value). Blow your nose very little. At some point you do need to have an ENT doctor look if it continues.

In brief: Dry air, likely

It is likely that your mucous membranes are dry.
A nasal moisturizer such as ponaris or glycerin will probably help. Saline rinses may also help. If not, you should see an otolaryngologist, as somewtimes these symptoms can be caused by a staph infection, or other more serious disorders, even cancers.
