Too high. This blood pressure is too high. A healthy diet low in salt can be very helpful (though there is a bit of controversy around the salt issue), as can regular exercise and weight loss. Yoga, meditation or other relaxation exercises are important to do as well. Studies have shown that deep breathing can lower your blood pressure.
