In brief: Chiropractor?

If you are still experiencing pain and your doctor doesn't think anything medical is wrong, you should be evaluated by a chiropractor.

NO: you have coccyxalgia, an inflammation of your tailbone (coccyx). A soft hemorrhoidal ring can be used for sitting. You can try Advil or Aleve, rarely a cortisone injection might be needed. Chiropractic: not so much- this is a fused bone.
