I haven't run due to runner's knee for 8 months. I started pt after month 4. My knee is still slightly inflamed. What else should I do?

Make sure in pt or on your own you are doing the correct exercises.
Don't do resistance biking, squats, knee extensions, jogging. Do st bike with minimal resistance, wall slides, leg lifts, walk, elliptical machine, swim. Ice after and use an nsaid.
