Pelvis pain before & after urinating and also right side testicular veins tender and swells. Also feel pain at base of penis&right testis when aroused?

Most likely cause of such symptoms in a healthy, young adult (especially if symptoms are variable, intermittent, and have been occurring for a while) is "non-specific, non-bacterial prostatitis": a non-infectious inflammation of the prostate.
