In moderation, Ibuprofen is safe with those medications.
Ibuprofen like all nsaids does go through the kidneys as does Lisinopril and hctz, (hydrochlorothiazide) so very prolonged use of the Ibuprofen is not recommended at is may cause kidney damage. Best wishes.
