Why are large testes attributed with abundant courage? Are there any brave men with tiny testes?

In brief: Old wives tale

This is one of those personal/medical tales with no basis in fact.
There is extremely little variation in testicle size and if someone has an obvious enlargement it is probably due to some dysfunction that needs investigation. For this, see your urologist. Otherwise there is no relationship between minor testicular size and any personality characteristic.

In brief: Mythology

Probably referring to the expression "he has a lot of balls" when someone shows a lot of courage or "he has no balls" for cowardly behaviour. Possibly the thought that men with large testicles produce more testosterone than men with small testes.
Not true, all myth. There is a strong rumor that napoleon had very small testes. I believe he was brave enough.
