Just like when there is trauma to any part of your body, cool compresses are the best thing immediately to reduce swake a bag of frozen peas and wrap them in a towel and place them on the injured labia. Yes. The weeks after a Labiaplasty can be a frightening time. Your labia stay swollen far longer than you think they should. Some swelling, even after 4 weeks is most likely normal.
