Urine pregnancy tests are very sensitive, but serum (blood) bHCG tests are even more sensitive, and are not prone to human error interpreting results like home urine pregnancy tests are. I took home pregnancy tests after a week of my period was late, all negative, then I took a blood test that came out negative as well. Can I be prego?

Unlikely. Home urine pregnancy tests are usually accurate within about two weeks after unprotected sex. Blood tests are accurate much earlier. If you had unprotected sex two weeks ago or more, you are not pregnant. However, if conceived within past few days, it may be too early to show up on even blood test.
