The outside of my vagina is really itchy. The itch is almost unbearable! i also experience off-white discharge (slimy) and it contains no oder. Help?

You can have an external yeast infection without significant discharge.
If that's what it is, it would respond to Clotrimazole 1% cream. But it's also common to have allergic reactions in that area. Antihistamines and steroid creams would help with that. If you might have acquired pubic lice - see a doctor for confirmation and treatment.

It most likely due to yeast infection and you can try over the counter creams like monistat 7 or others .
But consult your doctor or gynecologist before using the cream as he/she might want to check you.

If the discharge is different from usual it's more likely to be an infection. If discharge is same as usual more likely to be irritation or allergic reaction. Yeast often thick white clumpy discharge - try med. For now - ice pack, aveena soaks can help. Get checked.
