In brief: Clitoroplasty Surger

Reduction clitoroplasty is the best option.
God forbid a clitoridectomy (amputation). Not many surgeons have experience with this surgery & are mostly experienced pediatric urologists as we take care of girls with adrenal hyperplasia which can cause a greatly enlarged clitoris.Glans clitoris must be preserved, whilst removing some erectile tissue from the shaft on each side. Please comment if u wish.

How would that affect sensation?
Dr. George Klauber
Sensation is preserved because sheaths of the clitoral corpora & the neurovascular bundles, on the dorsum of each corpus, are preserved. Procedure involves a small longditudinal incision thru tunica of each corpus and removing some of the erctile tissue on ech side. Then closing and plicating the corpora.
