Tell me an excercise to correct my knock knee problem?

Hip abductors/core. You should focus on hip abductor, core, quadriceps and hamstring strengthening. Yoga and pilates are excellent forms of low impact exercise that will help. You should consider meeting with a personal trainer to learn proper technique and devise a program for you. You being knock knee will not go away but by strengthening your legs, hips and core it will help decrease force around your knee.

Not a problem. Genu valgum or "knock knee" is not usually a problem. It is not a reason to declare someone unfit for military service (i am a navy doctor.).
