The common thread is that if the offending drug is stopped usuall the lupus will resolve eventually. There're occasional exceptions.

In brief: Usually a few months

After stopping the offending drug, of course.
Drug-induced lupus rarely is systemic and does not affect major internal organs. It is usually diagnosed by finding antibodies to single stranded dna, not double stranded dna, as in sle. Symptoms moderate with time, can be easily treated with low-dose steroids 5-10mg, and pain meds like naproxen. Joint problems are the most common problem, & fever.
