Hi drs, im doing workout at my home for 10 days. And I noticed my weight increased to 45kg, is these for muscle buildup?

If Ur diet is the .. ...Same, it could b but where did u start out at? Not much muscle will add a lot of wt.In 10 days. U would have negligible wt gain due 2 muscle. U need 2 keep track of cal.In ; out. There r good phone apps 4 this. Beware, working out often increases ur appetite, so carefully count in/out. If ur intake remains as b4, ur wt gain will b fat loss ; muscle added.
