Can you get all dermatology lesions and moles removed?

Mole removal. A dermatologist can remove as many moles as you wish but there has to be a medical reason for the insurance to pay for removal of the desired lesions. Thus, you may have to pay out of pocket for some of the moles removed if there is no medical justification.
Depends. If you have a legitimate medical reason for having certain lesions or moles removed (ie: to rule out skin cancer), then they can be removed and billed to insurance. Dermatologists remove lesions for cosmetic reasons also but usually will have to pay out of pocket for those.
Yes. It may have to be done in several office visits depending on how many lesions you have.
