In brief: Not related

Grinding your teeth has no direct effect on your back or muscle cramping.
However, grinding you teeth may indicate a heightened anxiety state which could cause muscle cramps . If this persists you should see a dentist about your tooth grinding for possible use of a mouth guard to prevent this .Also see your physician to make sure there is no other medical problem causing your back pain.
