If the pain is across and involving the hips / pelvis (=very low back), could be part of the aches associated with a viral infection, particularly since er eval sounds negative for anything worse. Consistent. Seems to be consistent with your symptoms. Have you ever passed a stone? Is the pain similar? Dehydration can cause by itself the changes in your urine. The only test that I would suggest would be imaging for the possible stone. Hydration otherwise remains key. Read more...
