If subclinical hypothyroidism and anemia exist in a patient, does this mean the patient has to be treated for the sch? Even if TSH is below 10?

First the anemia would need a thorough workup.
And yes sometimes endocrine/thyroid dysfunction could be the cause of the anemia. Treatment may improve the anemia.
