Mydriasis from trauma may spontaneously improve over a six month period but usually is stable after that.
You can ask your ophthalmologist to prescribe Pilocarpine which is a pupillary constrictor which might encourage the pupil to narrow. If the pupil is widely dilated, there is an intraocular implant of an artificial pupil which might help and colored contact lenses might also be used.
