In brief: Doubtful this late

Campylobacteriosis infection can result in transmission to the placenta, and if it happens early enough in the pregancy it can cause harm to the baby.
However, you are very close to delivery and, i assume, undergoing treatment, so it seems highly unlikely that your baby would be at risk. You should check with your obstetrician to be sure, however.
