In brief: Varies
Fees vary from office to office.
The cost of bone grafting depends on where the graft is needed, what type of grafting material is used, the type of anesthetic, and the surgeon's fee schedule. The cost of dental implants may also be dependent upon the type of implant used and the manufacturer, and the surgeon's fee schedule.

In brief: Variable
Dr. Quon is right.
The variations, depending on where you live can affect the fees as well. One other thing to mention, is that regardless of the cost, the benefits far outweigh it. At your young age, you will likely amortize the expense over a lifetime. It's a tremendous value for what you get - but the expense is "front loaded" meaning you pay up front at the beginning.

In brief: Varies with area
Depending upon where you live, the cost may differ greatly.
Also, depends on who you see. In the philly area (where i live as well) a single implant may cost from $1800 - 3000 to have it surgically placed. The crown on top of it may cost from $1800 - 2600. Bone grafting may be included or may be extra. If extra, it may range from $300 - 600. Some malor grafting procedures can cost up to $3000.

In brief: Fees
Estimate only and can vary depending on the location, materials, complexity and time involved.
...About $4, 000.00 per tooth. It could be much less or more. A periodontist or oral surgeon can give you a estimate for the placement of the implant, and the general dentist can give you a estimate for the restorative phase (abutment and crown).
