In brief: Follow percentiles
When you take your child to your pediatrician they always measure weight, height and head circumference.
We expect the child to generally follow along the same percentile that they historically have been. Sometimes there are small changes in their percentiles and this is normal. By about 2 years of age your child should be more steady on their growth charts.
