How to know if I had a miscarriage?

Still pregnant? You were pregnant, then you had bleeding and cramping and no longer are pregnant. That's a miscarriage (spontaneous abortion). If you are still pregnant it's called a threatened abortion. Are you pregnant now? When was your last period? Has the pregnancy been seen on ultrasound? These are the important questions from my perspective.
