Could constricted blood flow stunt breast growth?

Theoretically... The breasts have several different sources of blood flow -- from the armpit artery (axillary), the chest wall itself (perforators) with each artery coming from individual rib arteries, a large internal chest artery (internal mammary artery), and other assorted arteries. Constricting ALL of these blood vessels is nearly impossible, so the chance that this could happen and stunt breast growth = 0.
